Instructor: Mr. Benjamin Lee

Mr. Benjamin Lee has over 15 years’ experience in Human Resource Management, acting as senior manager position in Financial,  Manufacturing, Electronic, Consumer Product and Retailer industries. Benjamin has solid practical experience in people development, managing performance, training and organizational capital development.  As one of the councils of China Human Resource Management Association (CHRMA), Mr. Lee is also a certified facilitator of the organization to help its members (corporate HR professionals in Taiwan) to develop professional managerial talents and organizational trainers. Currently, he works as the full-time consultant at DDI, and he is the main trainer for DDI’s leadership public workshops, including leadership essential, coaching and performance management.
