The Associate Professional in Human Resources – International (aPHRi) is designed for graduate and undergraduate students, early-career HR professionals, non-HR practitioners and those transitioning into HR roles. The aPHRi will represent an important mark of distinction for the next generation of rising HR stars and people managers in international locations.
Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for the aPHRi you must have a high school diploma or global equivalent. No HR experience is required since this is a knowledge-based credential.

Exam format and Price
- Computer-based Testing (CBT) at a Pearson VUE testing center
- 90 questions: 65 scored questions (mostly multiple-choice) + 25 pretest questions
- 1 hours and 45 minutes in length
Note: Eligible to candidates outside of the United States. Therefore, the exam is not offered within the United States.
Preparation
aPHRi Study package includes electronic aPHRi certification workbooks with PDF format for downloading and online practice test questions and answers with explanations.
